Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open FinFin and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account (FinFin 1.x: Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account).
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted from our servers right away.

Option 2 — by email (no app needed)

Send an email from the address you signed in with to [email protected] with the subject Account deletion request. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.

We confirm the request comes from the account owner and complete it within 30 days (usually within 2 business days).

What is deleted

• Your account (sign-in identity) and profile
• All accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, recurring payments and imported statements
• AI assistant history, notification tokens and settings
• Your membership in family ledgers: you leave them; a ledger you own passes to another member, or is deleted if you were the only one
• Connected mailbox access for statement scanning (the stored access is revoked and deleted)

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• Subscription purchase records are kept by Apple / Google under their own policies; FinFin keeps no payment card data. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store / Google Play settings — deleting the account does not cancel it.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.

Data stored only on your phone (FinFin 2.0 works without an account) is removed by deleting the app or with Settings → Delete data on this device.

2. E-postayla (uygulama gerekmez)

Giriş yaptığın adresten [email protected] adresine Hesap silme talebi konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebin hesap sahibinden geldiğini doğrulayıp en geç 30 gün içinde (genellikle 2 iş günü) tamamlarız.

Silinenler ve saklananlar

Hesabın, profilin, tüm hesap ve hareketlerin, bütçe/hedef/tekrarlayan ödemelerin, içe aktarılan ekstrelerin, AI geçmişin, bildirim kayıtların, aile defteri üyeliğin ve bağlı mail erişimin silinir. Yedekler 30 gün içinde üzerine yazılır. Abonelik satın alma kayıtları Apple / Google'da kalır; aktif aboneliği App Store / Google Play ayarlarından iptal etmelisin, hesap silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
